Softonic Deluxe
Service provided
Softonic allows its users to download files directly from the Softonic servers.
The "Deluxe Membership" service (the "Service") provided by Softonic, entitles the user that pays for the service (the "Member") to download an unlimited number of software files directly from the Softonic servers through the web site's interface, directly from our program pages. The Service is based on a flat rate subscription model, which is a one time payment in exchange for access to the Service for a given period of time (the "Contract").
Additionally, you will have the following benefits:
- Access to a personalized Softonic without ads
- Exclusive functionalities
- Exclusive discounts and offers
- All services being includes in the Deluxe membership continuously
Length of the contract
There are two subscription periods available. They do not differ in any way except in the length of the Contract for which the Member will have access to the Service.

Quarterly (3 Months)
Beginning on the day that payment is confirmed and lasting until the same calendar day, 3 months later. In the case if subscription being made on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, the Contract will be valid until the last day of the third month if it does not contain the same number of days.

Annual (12 Months)
Beginning on the day that payment is confirmed and lasting until the same calendar day 12 months later.
Cancelation of the service
The Member is entitled to cancel the service at any time during the Contract. This does not entitle the Member to a refund for the remaining period of time left in the contract. Cancelling the Contract will stop the automatic renewal at the end of the Contract. Notification of intent to cancel must be received by Softonic no later than 2 days prior to the end of the current Contract. Softonic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Service. When changes are made, current Members will be notified 5 days prior to the changes taking affect. If the Member does not agree with the changes, they should contact Softonic immediately.

The Service offers fast access to all the software files that are listed on the Web site. These files are guaranteed to be virus-free. The Service does not entitle the Member to licenses for any of the programs downloaded, unless specified. Licenses can in some cases be obtained through Softonic but require additional payment. Licenses are always available from the publisher of the software.

By accepting these terms and conditions the Member agrees to the following conditions:
- The Service is for exclusive use by the individual that is described in the submitted user information. It is not permitted to share access to the Service with one or more other people.
- Once the Contract has expired, Softonic will automatically renew it for an equal period of time as the original contract, unless the client makes his desire to cancel the Service known prior to the expiry date. If the price of the Service increases after the original contract takes effect, the Member will be charged the same amount that was paid in the original contract.
