Flexibility and customization of registration keys

For your convenience, we support a wide variety of registration key delivery methods:

Stock of registration codes:

The software company introduces a pack of valid keys into our system; these are then automatically assigned to each order. At any time the company can check which keys have already been used and which ones remain free.

Using CGI script hosted on your server:

The system can be configured to obtain registration keys dynamically via an http connection to a CGI installed on a software company's server.

Registration code generating algorithm integration:

If you grant us access to the source code of the key generator, as long as it is programmed in C, C++, Pascal or any other popular programming language, we can translate it to the language we use (PHP4) and integrate it seamlessly within our system, so that it creates keys for each order automatically.

Download full version:

If you have differentiated the complete versions and the test versions then we also support secure delivery by means of download. Once the purchase has been confirmed, the client will have access to a page protected by means of a customized login and password from where the complete version can be downloaded up to 5 times. There is also the additional option of combining delivery by download with the generation of a registration key, in order to ensure greater protection of the software.

Although these are the most popular methods used in online shopping, we can also adapt to any other form of generation system. We would be happy to hear your comments and suggestions regarding this.

Sale in the form of a CDROM (optional)

If your software can only be sold on CDROM or pack formats because it requires lots of disk space or has a great added value, this is no problem: you can still sell it on Softonic. However, please note that any necessary logistics associated with this (so that you will be able to receive orders in real time and deliver the product to your customers) will be your responsibility. Our control panel allows you to select the delivery costs and dates according to the destination.

You may wish to offer two different forms of delivery to your customers: an immediate delivery by means of a registration key as well as a CDROM, which would be a little more expensive due to postage and packing costs. In this case, the customer would be able to choose the option they prefer.
