Privacy

We treat all data obtained through the sales process with the strictest of confidence and in accordance with the regulations currently in force.

For software companies

We do not allow any kind of data to be made available to third party companies, beyond our direct partners, unless it is required to do so by law. The only data which customers purchasing your software will receive from your company are your contact details, these are pre-selected by yourselves, and which must include an e-mail address.

For customers purchasing software

As a company, you are allowed to see the personal and order data of your customers, but you will not have access to payment data (credit card details). We also grant our employees access to the customers' contact details so that they can provide technical and administrative assistance to our customers, control our sales system and any other necessary internal management tasks. Under no circumstances will any information regarding orders will be given to third party companies beyond the manufacturer of the purchased software and Softonic employees.
