Mobile Direct Download

Direct Download is a quick and easy way to get programs directly onto your phone.

If a program is able to be downloaded directly to your phone, you will see an INSTALL option on the download bar.

Using your mobile phone, follow the instructions on the download page.

In a few moments, you will receive a response and the file will be downloaded to your mobile phone.

It's as simple as that. No registration pages. No cables.

What if I am not in the United States or the UK?

We currently support carriers in these two regions but we are working to expand the service in the neat future. Stay tuned!

I sent a text message, but nothing is happening?!

Here are a few things to check:

Did you enter the correct message in the text message you sent?

Check the text message outbox on your phone

Did you send the message to the right phone number?

The number should be recorded in your phone's log

Is the program compatible with your phone?

Check the Minimum requirements on the program information page

Are you trying to send the text message from somewhere outside the US or the UK?

You can check this by looking out the window

Is your phone properly charged?

You wouldn't imagine how often this happens

Your mobile phone service provider is responsible for handling text messages. If you send your message during busy traffic hours or if you are in a place that does not receive a strong signal, you may not get a response right away.

If you feel that an unusually long period of time has passed (more than 10 minutes), please contact us Mail and include your mobile phone number and mobile service provider so that we can follow up your order.

I received a message that says "an error has occured"

This error indicates that there has been a problem transmitting the file from Softonic's servers to your phone and the download can not be completed.

Please check that the program you are trying to download is compatible with your phone. You can find this information in the Minimum requirements section on the program information page.

Can you help me figure out how to use my phone?

Unfortunately, because there is such a large number of phones available on the market, it is impossible for us to be familiar with them all. Please consult your phone's instruction manual or contact your service provider for more information.
