					<p>PersonalBrain is a mind mapping application that aims to mold itself on your own way of thinking.</p>
<p>You can use the application to build to build up diagrams, create networks or simply sketch out your thoughts. PersonalBrain is flexible to work with. Start out from a "brain", essentially a thought and build up from it adding new ideas. You can choose to focus on a specific brain and add your own notes to it. The search box at the bottom left helps you find an idea quickly.</p>
<p>PersonalBrain isn't limited to your thoughts though and you can also drag and drop files, such as web pages and connect them together.</p>
<p>Surprisingly, PersonalBrain will only let you export your mind maps in HTML, when it would have been nice to have a choice of OPML and text among others.</p>

					<p>Collanos Workplace is a simple productivity tool to improve the workflow on projects.</p>
<p>The program is specifically focused on project management, and allows you to save all your material (emails, graphs, reports and the likes) into one place. You can create multiple tabbed workplaces, which is a good way of separating your different projects yet having access to them anytime. Changes made to projects by anyone are immediately visible in the interface, as is the availability of team members.</p>
<p>Collanos Workplace is available for PC, Mac and Linux, so you can use it with any OS and still share project information with other team members. Collanos Workplace can be used offline and will automatically syn new information as soon as you get back online. Another way to communicate is by using the Team Instant Messenger environment, represented by the discussions pane at the bottom.</p>
<p>The closed environment that is Collanos Workplace is its true strength and weakness. To be able to manage your projects and keep a solid organization it's important to have every team member and feature under one system. However that also means you'll have to put up with all the tools, even if there are some you don't enjoy working with.</p>
<p>The application was easy to use, and I could see it being easily implemented to any organization. However it did feel a little slow at times. Apart from the startup login, I was also a bit surprised not too find more security settings to protect your projects.</p>

<p>You can be mistaken in thinking that Flick! has something to do with Yahoo!'s photo sharing service, yet Flick! is completely different. Built specifically for artists, it lets keep lists of all your artworks and clients. The application features six different views and shows artwork information like location, price and category. For clients you'll be able to add all sorts of information like address, phone number and even relationship. Your lists can quickly be printed out or even exported.</p>
<p>Its fairly easy to add both clients and new pieces of art but we did find the user interface a little confusing, probably because of all the buttons and functions that appear at the top of the interface. The start menu window you have to go through the first time you launch Flick! can take a bit of time too.</p>
<p><b>Even though the interface can seem a little confusing at first, Flick! is a useful tool for artists to manage all their artwork and clients.</b></p>

<p>Overall the program is simple to grasp and offers plenty of resources and options which should allow you to set the blueprints of your activity. Aimed primarily at businessmen, Time Panic could also be of use to students, or people who just want to handle the daily grind better.</p>

Simplicity was designed to streamline project planning and is targeted at small businesses including one-man operations. The program offers a complete project management, meetings, tasks and arrangements planning tool on one.</p>
<p>Dolphinity Planner displays all information in a very clear, concise way classified into three groups - projects scheduled, pending projects and tasks "to-do". It also has a handy roadmap where you can see projects that need to be carried out during each period, the initials of the person responsible, and the start and end dates for the project. From the list of resources, you can assign each project to a person. This person may be internal or external and in addition, through its filters, you can easily see which tasks assigned to each employee.</p>
<p><b>For a free program, this is a remarkably good spreadsheet and planning program although it lacks advanced features for those that are running bigger projects.</b></p>

However, it does not allow you to share or to work in shared documents but offers sophisticated tools to control the activity of your equipment, to manage files and tasks, to relate tasks to the activity of your equipment, etc.</p>
<p>The look of Pagico is very attractive with an excellent GUI. It comes with a polished colour scheme that's designed to help you remember ideas, documents and a system of tags to organize it. It also includes contacts, with the possibility of assigning tasks.</p>
<p>This is a superb collaborative working tool that will make even the most disorganised student or teacher more efficient.</p>

					<p>Studiometry is a project management system that enables you to handle every single aspect of your work projects. Either if you work as freelancer or you're member of a professional team, you can take full advantage of all the tools features in Studiometry to make your work easier and also improve your relationship with customers.</p>
<p>The program takes care of every detail to such an extent that it looks very confusing at the beginning. In fact, I strongly recommend following the tutorial that you can access through the Help menu. Once you learn the basics of the program, you may start creating a new project, adding customers and customizing options. Also, there's a sample project for you to use to practice a bit before starting the real work.</p>
<p>In all, Studiometry is a very complete project manager that can really help you with your work. Just one small complaint: I hope they make the interface font size bigger in future versions. Maybe it's because I'm short-sighted, but I found them to be too small.</p>
