Where Am I? (or WAI for short) is a small application that interfaces your Bluetooth GPS receiver with map software (recently with Google Maps Mobile - GMM). What it recently does is query GPS about your current location and then tells GMM to show that position on the map, giving you a taste of real GPS based navigation software.

Tube 2 New York Pro includes maps for the entire area of Manhattan, as well as the subway map, where you can easily create routes between two points and therefore plan your journeys in advance. Another feature we liked is that street maps and tube maps are linked, so that you can see the actual subway layout on NY streets.

On the downside, Tube 2 New York Pro kept on displaying a trial reminder every time we tapped on the screen. We know it's a trial version, we just don't need to be warned every ten seconds.

MapView is the only solution to view large maps on your Palm handheld with high speed and in native resolution. Using bundled MapMaker application you can create on your desktop (Windows only) a specially formatted map file from any of your images and then view them on your Palm with MapView. No matter what the original image size is, the map file will open almost instantly and you can zoom it in to see all the details of the original image. Of course, the files displayed by the MapView do not have to be maps only - it is suitable to view any high resolution image.

CITYZEN is designed to help answer questions like "where is Easter Island?", "what is the capital of Nepal?" and "how far is it from New York to York?". It also has a quiz facility, and can test you on topics such as "capitals of the world", "countries of Europe", "cities in Brazil". You can zoom in and out, move around the map and measure distances using the pen.
