http://microsoft-producer-for-powerpoint-2010.en.softonic.com/web-apps

Although Microsoft have got many things wrong over the years, <taglink type="program" country="en" id="130226">PowerPoint</taglink> remains a popular presentation tool and Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2010 is a web app that allows you to harness the power of PowerPoint for your presentations.

Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint (formerly Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2003) used to be a downloadable application but nowadays you can only use it online. Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2010 is simply designed to allow you to access your PowerPoint files on the move from wherever you are in the world as well as create basic PowerPoint presentations for free.

PowerPoint now works via Microsoft's SkyDrive and so to access your PowerPoint presentations, you'll have to upload them first which requires signing-up for a Windows Live ID. After that, using Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2010, you can share documents with others, collaborate on them and create basic PowerPoint presentations with ease.

There are several templates to choose from and the interface is based on the desktop version with the Office ribbon to guide you through the various functions on offer. There's also a button that takes you instantly into the desktop version if you have it installed.

Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2010 is an excellent albeit slightly limited tool to create PowerPoint presentations online for free.

Download Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2010 in Softonic

Windows Live Office-The free online version of Microsoft Office

http://windows-live-office.en.softonic.com/web-apps

Windows Live Office is the online version of Microsoft’s popular productivity suite, Office. Though not as complete as its desktop counterpart, it’s still a very handy tool for managing documents online.

There are three main apps available in Windows Live Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. With them you’ll be able to work on text documents, spreadsheets and presentations like you do with Office. Obviously you won’t have as many tools and options as the standard Office, but on the upside, you’re able to work on your documents pretty much anywhere, at any time, as long as you have an internet connection.

The three apps included in Windows Live Office feature a similar interface to that of the desktop apps and are quite self-explanatory. You can not only create and edit documents online, but also download files to your computer, share them via a link and upload files from your hard drive. Regarding the latter, Windows Live Office offers up to 25 GB of free space – SkyDrive – to store your files.

Summing up, Windows Live Office may be a stripped-down version of the original productivity suite, but it works perfectly fine as an online tool for daily document management and editing tasks.

Windows Live Office is the perfect companion for online document, spreadsheet and presentation editing.

Download Windows Live Office in Softonic

Google Drive-Your documents everywhere

http://google-drive.en.softonic.com/web-apps

Google Drive is Google's <a href="http://en.softonic.com/s/cloud:web-apps"target="_blank">cloud service that syncs all of your documents between all of your machines and keeps them securely in the cloud.

If Microsoft isn't afraid of Google, it should be. <a href="http://microsoft-office-2010-professional.en.softonic.com/"target="_blank">Microsoft Office has been ingrained in the minds of millions as the default document editing suite for years. Google Docs, now called Google Drive, is a direct competitor to Office.

While Google Drive isn't as powerful as Office, it contains enough features for the average consumer to not miss Office at all. Best of all, Google Drive saves all your documents in the cloud so you'll never lose a document. Google also has a suite of mobile apps on iOS and Android so you can view or edit your Google Drive documents on the go.

When Google Docs turned into Google Drive, it introduced the ability to save any type of file. Users can now create folders and fill them with whatever files they want, directly competing with <a href="http://dropbox.en.softonic.com/"target="_blank">Dropbox and Box.com. All files will be synced as Google has a desktop application for Windows and Mac.

There are also powerful collaboration tools in Google Drive that allow you to invite other users to view and edit documents. There's a commenting and revision system so you can see who did what. This is great for people looking to work on a project together.

Overall, Google Drive is a great office suite and cloud storage alternative. If you use Google's other services, you'll love Google Drive.

Download Google Drive in Softonic

Zoho Show-Making presentations easy

http://zoho-show.en.softonic.com/web-apps

Zoho Show is an excellent web app that will allow you to make easy, professional presentations in a matter of clicks.

Presentation software can often be expensive, but when there are online apps such as Zoho Show available, you'll never have to worry about buying it again. This multi-featured and very user-friendly website allows you to create any type of presentations from scratch or to import existing presentations in a variety of formats.

Creating and modifying presentations with Zoho Show couldn't be easier. There's a full presentation editor, and you'll be able to add images from your computer, Flickr</ a> or Picasa</ a>. Zoho Show auto-saves as you go, and there's options to share the final product or indeed, to make it public.

Zoho Show is easy to sign up to, requiring just the usual username and password. By creating an account, you'll actually have access to the entire Zoho suite, an extensive range of office-oriented web apps. Zoho Show is currently in beta and, for the moment at least, is free.

Although Zoho Show can produce very professional presentations, the interface is informal and perhaps even a little childish. This has no impact on your final product, but might put some users off. Also bear in mind that at the moment, Zoho Show doesn't allow you to add audio or video to your presentations.

Zoho Show is a excellent and easy way of producing top-class presentations for free.

Download Zoho Show in Softonic

Zoho Docs-Online productivity suite with word processor, spreadsheet and presentation functions

http://zoho-docs.en.softonic.com/web-apps

Zoho Docs is a handy online productivity suite that combines three main apps: a word processor, a spreadsheet tool and a presentation editor. In a way, Zoho Docs works like an online version of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Using Zoho Docs is really simple. You can create a free account (which grants you 1GB of free online storage) or subscribe to one of their paid plans, starting at $3/month for 5GB. Once you’re logged in to the system, you can access Zoho Docs from any browser, and use it as you would use any regular word processor.

Being an online app, Zoho Docs gives you access to your documents anytime, anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection. And if you’ve ever used a productivity suite, the learning curve is basically zero. Zoho Docs features a nicely designed interface and is clear and easy to use, while offering at the same time a wide array of editing tools.

Zoho Docs lets you organize your documents in folders, tag them for better management and also share them by email from the app itself. It may not be as popular as other online productivity suites, but that doesn’t mean it is any worse.

With Zoho Docs you can easily create, edit and store your documents, spreadsheets and presentations online, and access them from any computer connected to the internet.

Download Zoho Docs in Softonic
