Jawbreaker is a ball game which was first introduced on Windows Mobile for the PocketPC (PDA PPC). Because i didn't want my child to play with my PocketPC and I found the game very addictive, I made a PC version of Jawbreaker.

The rules of Jawbreaker are simple: you must doubleclick on color pairs to get points. The bigger the group of a single color you can click away, the more points you get. In the PC version there is an extra option to make helium balls (all the balls going up).

There is an online daily, weekly and monthly score list so the challenge is to get your name in that list!! There is also a chat option where you can talk with other players.

Snood is a fun puzzle game that will test your intellect rather than your reflexes. Your goal is to free all of the trapped Snoods by launching other Snoods at them. If you connect three or more Snoods, they will transport away. If that leaves any Snoods not connected to the top of the playfield, they will fall to safety. Don't take too long, though. Every Snood you launch increases the Danger Level. When the gauge fills up, the Snoods will shift downward. If the Snoods reach you, the game is over. When I first saw Ratmania I though it would be something similar to Ratatouille, the videogame based on the Pixar movie. Unfortunately I must say the game fell short of my expectations.

Ratmania is quite an original puzzle game in which you're a rat. Yes, it's as creepy and nasty as it sounds. As a rat, you have to go through a series of labyrinths, following a specific route to the exit in the shortest time possible. The faster you are, the higher score Ratmania awards you.

The problem with Ratmania is that it all feels a bit too slow. The actual game takes ages to start, only after a long list of sponsors and a cinematic intro – a highly detailed, quite impressive one to say the truth. When playing, the rat moves too slow and you tend to desperately press the "run forward" key in hope that it'll make the animal run faster. Well, at least there are quite a few power-ups and bonus items to make each level in Ratmania a bit more exciting.

As for graphics, they're pretty elaborate – especially when you take into account that Ratmania is a project made by students – but not brilliant. In any case they're better than the perspective, which is a bit hard to judge and sometimes makes you lose sight of your way.

Ratmania is certainly not a Pixar game, but we appreciate the originality of the plot and the decent graphic work.

Inca Ball is an entertaining puzzle game, perfect for a short moment of relax after a hard working session with the computer, but also fun enough to get hooked on it.

The game is very similar to the popular Zuma, so if you're familiar with this title you already know how to play Inca Ball. You're in charge of a moving platform that slides from side to side along the bottom part of the playing area. With this platform you can shoot balls to a line of colored balls that twists all over the window, until it finally reaches the exit. Your aim is to get at least three balls of the same color together, so that they disappear from the screen and you earn points.

Like I said, plain as it sounds, Inca Ball can really become quite addictive, as it's easy to play and rewards you with many power-ups and special bonuses as you progress through the game. Also, the game is very visually appealing, with detailed graphics and animated menus.

On the downside, I had the impression that levels take too long to complete, making the game seem a bit repetitive in the end. Oh well, maybe I didn't play long enough.

In spite of seeming a bit repetitive after a while, Inca Ball is still a fun puzzle game in the old Zuma style you can easily get hooked to.

Space Bubbles is a fun timewaster, perfect for a short break while working with your computer.

This casual game follows the line of the classic Bubbles title. You're presented with a few lines of colored balls, which you must get rid of by shooting matching balls from the bottom of the screen with your ball gun. Every time you manage you gather three or more balls of the same color, they'll disappear from the screen.

Space Bubbles features three different gaming modes (Arcade, Challenge and Puzzle) with different aims. Anawiki Puzzle Game is fun to play yet it almost feels to easy. We didn't have that much difficulty finishing even the hardest 80 piece puzzle. Having only four boards also really limits the life of the game. In all, we'd suggest it as a little timewaster or even better, as a game for your kids. It's simple enough to get them to learn how to form back a picture and they'll be able to use hints if they're having any trouble.

Despite some nice graphics, Anawiki Puzzle Game is maybe a little too simple with only four puzzles to choose from. We only suggest it for small kids or as a quick timewaster.

Around The World in 80 Days is one of my favourite stories and I was hooked by the story, the Michael Palin documentary and even a sucker for that animal version featuring Willie Fog and his pet rat Rigadon.

This game tries to capture the spirit of the Jules Verne classic by challenging you to an Around The World voyage in the late 19th Century as the great Phileas Fogg. Unfortunately, it generally falls a considerable distance short of achieving this aim. Many reviewers have already compared it unfavourably with The Rise of Atlantis except finding this less challenging which is certainly one accusation which can be levelled at it. There is very little difference in much of the gameplay compared to The Rise of Atlantis although the graphics are certainly better and there are a few bonus levels to keep your interest going.

However, the game comes across as nothing much more than a glorified puzzle game that occasionally educates you with a few facts on the various countries you visit after solving each challenge. The early levels are too easy although the puzzles do become increasingly tricky after the first 10 minutes or so.

Don't pack your bags just yet - this is one round the World voyage that may not be the trip of a lifetime but just about scrapes the ticket fee together.
