Inca Ball is an entertaining puzzle game, perfect for a short moment of relax after a hard working session with the computer, but also fun enough to get hooked on it.

The game is very similar to the popular Zuma, so if you're familiar with this title you already know how to play Inca Ball. You're in charge of a moving platform that slides from side to side along the bottom part of the playing area. With this platform you can shoot balls to a line of colored balls that twists all over the window, until it finally reaches the exit. Your aim is to get at least three balls of the same color together, so that they disappear from the screen and you earn points.

Like I said, plain as it sounds, Inca Ball can really become quite addictive, as it's easy to play and rewards you with many power-ups and special bonuses as you progress through the game. Also, the game is very visually appealing, with detailed graphics and animated menus.

On the downside, I had the impression that levels take too long to complete, making the game seem a bit repetitive in the end. Oh well, maybe I didn't play long enough.

In spite of seeming a bit repetitive after a while, Inca Ball is still a fun puzzle game in the old Zuma style you can easily get hooked to.

Space Bubbles is a fun timewaster, perfect for a short break while working with your computer.

This casual game follows the line of the classic Bubbles title. You're presented with a few lines of colored balls, which you must get rid of by shooting matching balls from the bottom of the screen with your ball gun. Every time you manage you gather three or more balls of the same color, they'll disappear from the screen.

Space Bubbles features three different gaming modes (Arcade, Challenge and Puzzle) with different aims. While you can keep playing the Arcade mode forever – just completing level after level – the Challenge mode defies you beat time and the Puzzle mode adds an extra task to ball crushing: collecting diamonds.

In all three modes Space Bubbles features great gameplay, with highly precise mouse-controlled movements and an array of cool power-ups. On the downside, game levels tend to be too short and too easy.

Luxor is a fun, colorful puzzle that follows the gaming style and strategy of the popular Zuma game. The aim is to shoot color balls at a line of rolling balls, trying to gather at least 3 balls of the same color and make them disappear from the gaming board before they reach the end of the screen.

Luxor is great fun because it has different game modes, suitable both for the hard-core and the casual player. You can enjoy the game the same if you play for a whole hour or just for two minutes. What's more, its graphics and visual effects make it very attractive and eye-catching.

Besides the main objective in the game, there are also a few mini-games such as collecting coins and gathering different power-ups that can help you achieve your mission. However, it's somewhat hard to catch all of them as they fall over you!

Luxor 3 is a great puzzle game with excellent graphics and a really addictive gameplay.

As I kid I was forever playing with marbles. I don't think I ever learned the real rules though and would instead use them to plug orifices, throw at people or set up boobie traps. So, Mystic Marbles gave me a chance to enjoy the game in a safer way, and I was suprisingly pleased with the grown-up version. This is not an exact replication of the game (that would be boring) but rather some kind of Bubble Bobble/Arkanoid hybrid set within a mystical environment.

The original gameplay works very well and Mythic Marbles is great fun. The controls are simple and see you bounce off walls and smash bricks to proceed through the levels. Each puzzle is different enough to prevent the game from becoming dull and the graphics are pretty good too. I found that the sound got a bit annoying after a while, but overall it beats getting a little ball stuck up your nose.

Saving the sinking city of Venice isn't an easy task in this game, but its fun puzzles and challenges will keep you amused for quite some time. One of the best things about the game is that each level represents a different building in the city meaning that the gameplay is very varied and doesn't become boring over time.

The action is fast and furiouis as you frantically shoot objects into their corresponding holes from your gondola, with some great power-ups to be had along the way if you can master the combos. Due to the speed at which all the objects whizz and fly through the air it's advisable to have a pretty powerful machine in order to play this, but makes for a fun puzzler if you do.

Although we're not quite sure where Strawberry Jam got it's name from this is certainly a pretty sweet arcade puzzler. The object of the game is to fill each of the four zones with colored bubbles as quickly as possible, and there are plenty of different game types to try to stop this becoming monotonous.

Strategic mode is great for relaxed gaming, as the object is just to accumulate combos rather than race against the clock. Action mode allows you to choose from six different challenges where you need to fill the gaps as quickly as possible, which can prove pretty frantic at times. Although the graphics and sound are not particularly innovative, it's an addictive game and its many modes and missions ensure that it doesn't become boring.

The purpose of this game is to shoot colored orbs into your playfield, so they form groups of three or more. You win if you manage to remove all orbs. You lose if any orb attaches below the white line.

You can make the job harder for your opponent by making orbs fall down as a side-effect of you forming a group. For example, on the screenshot shown on this page, the player on the left playfield can fire a white orb onto the three white orbs in the top left of his field, and cause the six orbs below to reapper on his opponent's playfield.

The goal is to clean the bubbles off the field. Just point the mouse to where you want the next bubble to go, and if three or more of them came together, they will detonate (the bigger the explosion - the more points you get). If some bubbles are disconnected from the rest, they will explode too (this will give you ten times more points).
