This last point can be easily solved with Install Simple, a software tool that, just as its own name states, enables you to create basic installation processes for your applications in a very easy way.

The whole process is done step by step through a wizard-like interface, filling in different fields with all the necessary information: program's name, type of license, possible changes to Windows Registry and so on. However, besides its ease of use, I missed having a few more customization options, such as being able to insert a company logo or changing the window's skin.
