All the records in the program can contain an unlimited history meaning you need never lose another rota or shift pattern.</p>
<p>The software is basically based on two concepts - the working groups on one hand and their tasks on the other hand. It does not however play a role as to whether a team works together on a project or individual coworkers separate tasks. The progress of individual projects can be pursued in detail and so in a glance, you can see how well a team is doing. All data is presented in graphical form and to leave despite innumerable factors clearly to present itself. </p>

					<p>One thing there's never too much of in my opinion is organisational software to help scattered brains keep their life in order.</p>
<p>Task Coach is a simple open source task manager which helps you manage personal and to-do tasks and lists in an easy to use and intuitive way. The developer claims that Task Coach grew out of his frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. The point being, tasks and to-do lists consist of several activities and most organizers only allow for one entry.</p>
<p>Task Coach enables you to create, edit and delete tasks and sub tasks meaning it's much more easy to see where and why certain tasks have to be done as they link to one main, master task. Tasks in Task Coach can be labeled with a subject, description, priority, start date, due date, a completion date and an optional reminder. They can also be viewed as a list or as a tree and sorted by attributes, e.g. subject, budget, budget left, due date, etc. For those working to a time schedule, Task Coach also allow you to track time spent on certain jobs or tasks.</p>
<p>As useful as Task Coach is however, you can't help feeling you spend more time tinkering and fiddling with the number of fields to fill in in Task Coach than anything else.</p>
<p><b>As far as easy to use task schedulers go Task Coach is one of the more user friendly and intelligent out there although maybe it's a little over the top for most people's needs.</b></p>

					<p>Tudumo is an excellent tool to organize all sorts of tasks, from business meetings in your company to final papers for your university courses. It's similar to other task agendas, in the sense that it displays the task list on the main interface and uses icons to distinguish them. However, it has some unique features that make it a great app to optimize time management and improve productivity.</p>
<p>Among these special features, you'll find the possibility to organize tasks by tags instead of typical categories such as "Personal", "Work" or "Urgent". With tags, you can create as many categories as you want and then search through your pending tasks much more easily.</p>
<p>Notes (referred as "Actions" in Tudumo) can have a brief description, plus starting and ending dates. The program also enables you to divide the list with headings to make it clearer. It's a bit tricky to learn, but fortunately there are some sample notes that work as a tutorial on how to create and edit notes. Tudumo can also print your task list on paper and supports some basic customization.</p>
<p>Apparently the program will be free while it's in beta, so you'd better hurry up to grab your copy now!</p>

<p>EasyTask Manager is an application which supports GTD. You start by creating your different projects, then filling these with actions. You'll have to process your actions by putting them into the correct category. EasyTask Manager respects GTD terminology, so you'll find the traditional inbox, next actions, next days and someday folders, among others.</p>
<p>Once an action is finished, make sure to mark it as completed. EasyTask also allows you to sync your projects regularly. You'll have to enter an importance level, start and due date and ensure your tasks are in the correct context.</p>
<p>The interface offers a clear and detailed view of all your actions and projects. However I felt the buttons could be a little bigger and the whole interface a little more flexible to work with.</p>
<p><b>Still, if you're a big fan of the GTD method, you should find EasyTask Manager to be a good productivity tool.</b></p>

					<p>Sciral Consistency is a task management tool that differs from other similar programs because it's intended to help you tracking repetitive tasks that usually take a few days to be completed.</p>
<p>Every time you create a new task, the program asks for the start date and the given range of period to complete it. Once in your list, you can mark the task completion each day and then the task range expands automatically. The process looks somewhat messy at the beginning, but you'll get the knack of it in no time. Plus, there's a very complete documentation that explains it thoroughly.</p>
<p>Sciral Consistency is meant to be used on a individual basis, but I personally think it wouldn't hurt to add some collaborative options, so that you can also use the program to track group tasks and projects involving more people.</p>

<p>The program is a doddle to use, and is as easy as filling up the cells with the tasks or lists of objects, purchases etc. before applying colour coding or personalising the sheet to match your own criteria. You have the ability to create lots of lists and assign a priority to each one, which is great for managing workflow in the office. It would've been nice to have some web exporting option for sharing your lists with colleagues online, but nevertheless, Simple ToDo provides a simple solution to a simple problem.</p>

<p>Hronos can help you prevent this situation. It tracks the time you spend on every single application, plus offering complete statistics in usage percentages. The program doesn't require installation; it just sits on your system tray and does its job without any user intervention.</p>
<p>On the downside, we missed some configuration options and the possibility to save statistics in some way. We also would like to know what the program counts as "not working". I could be browsing personal blogs all day long and that would count just as "Firefox usage".</p>
