Billings is a slick application that aims to make tracking and invoicing as simple as possible so you can concentrate on more important things. Image is high on the agenda and the application is well presented throughout with over 30 elegantly designed invoice templates to help you give a professional image when dealing with customers.

Billings is also designed to help you track how much time you spend on a certain task. It does this via a menu-bar timer which you can pause or play as needed or you can choose individual time entries instead. And if you're sick of chasing bills, there's also an overdue client monitoring tool and "unpaid invoices" to help you see who owes you what. Note that in this latest version, you can at last deal with payments in multiple currencies.

However, using Billings can at times be more stressful than its worth. There seems to be an awful lot of fields and information required to fill-in while you are working which can mean you spend less time doing what you should be doing than you might like. Templates can also be very inflexible and although you can edit them, this can also be awkward and time consuming.

Billings is a comprehensive business application that, if everything goes smoothly for you, may be a big bonus to the running of your business. However, it can also be very frustrating at times.

Invoice offers a good looking and simple interface yet is full of the elements you can expect of an invoicing application. Being able to drag and drop elements into your invoices makes it much easier to create them. The program can also schedule your tasks and add flat fees and hourly rates. This program should definitely make managing your invoices a simpler process.

The software has everything any individual or business needs to become a professional operator with sales orders, invoices, quotes, timesheets, purchasing actions, requests and trackers, a customers database, product code, description, price and inventory, and suppliers database.

Relationship is all about managing contacts so that you enhance your networking, keep in touch with valuable contacts and generally keep your name and face known. Relationship is suitable for managing clients, colleagues, and business partners and supports photos of contacts with names, phone numbers and email addresses.

Most importantly, Relationship allows you to link different contacts to the various projects and relationship you have with them. You can add relevant bookmarks, emails, sticky notes, and documents to jog your memory too. The application is also suitable for scheduling and remembering meetings and events with daily, weekly and monthly reminders. You can even add video and sound clips to your contacts and projects.

One feature of Relationship that's not so much use is the internal browser. It's designed to allow you to easily access links for contacts within your contact list but since links open externally in your default browser, its not exactly essential. The developers could do with adding more e-mailing and social networking options too to help keep in touch with contacts more easily.
