The basic gameplay requires you to find five differences between two pictures. Just touch where the difference is and Line Hidden Catch will mark it on the screen. With a 60 second time limit, you have to quickly scan the pictures and find the differences.

Along with the Line avatars, you can also unlock and download photographs from real life. These images are more difficult to find the differences because of the amount of detail in each one. The images packs contain five images to compare and if time runs out, the game is over.

Each game requires "one heart" which refills every ten minutes. The social aspect of Line Hidden Catch is that you can send hearts to your Line contacts so they can continue to play. Line Hidden Catch will also add your friends so you can challenge each other with your high scores. You can also use powerups in the game like photo hints, the "Magic Pencil" that will locate a difference for you, and a time extender.

The good thing about Line Hidden Catch is that the pictures will randomize difference each playthrough, so that each round will be different. Line Hidden Catch is a fun game, but needs Line contacts to make the game more challenging by playing against friends.

Sharing to who you want is great after you've added your friends and family to different "circles." You can share publicly or share with specific circles. This is much easier to manage than what Facebook has to offer with their "lists" feature.

Photo viewing has also been updated in Google+. You can now see the number of pluses and comments on a specific photo before tapping on it. While gifs won't animate in the news feed, they will once you tap on them, though performance is slow. While Google+ is visually stunning, many lower resolution pictures will look bad and out of place.

iPhone and iPad users have the ability to view and interact with Google+ Events and Communities. Communities is a great addition for those looking to discover others with similar interests. You can respond or create Google+ events within the app.

In the most recent update to Google+, Google redesigned the app to feature quick access to photos, check ins, sharing links, and status updates in a bar at the bottom. Photos are especially easy to share as they appear automatically when you first launch the app. Google really wants users to share photos using Google+ and has made tagging, sharing, and checking in much more streamlined.

Overall, Google did a good job of updating Google+ to be more visual and easy to use. Now if only more people would join and use the service!

Performance of the turntable.fm application for iOS is good. The app is very stable and navigating between the room and menu items is snappy. You can browse by popular rooms, rooms that have DJ spots open, and your favorite rooms for quick access. One feature that we would like to see is the ability to chat while still viewing the room.

Overall, turntable.fm has created an iPhone experience faithful to the turntable.fm website with only a few issues and features to be addressed.

The basic gameplay of Peakour HD has you collecting bottle caps in each level, creating platforms and other objects that your pea will use to trapeze the level to get to the bullseye.

You have a set amount of time to have your pea complete the level, and while it is easy in the beginning the difficulty and planning required increases as you go. There are a lot of different objects to use, like pipes and pieces of wood to maneuver around the levels.

Peakour HD features one hundred levels to complete, each with their own challenge. The game also has different worlds to explore like the washer and oven. Collecting 250 bottle caps will open the level creator where you can create and upload your own levels.

The visuals in Peakour HD are cartoonish with a lot of characterization in the levels. The animation of the pea is great as it jumps and runs across levels, guided by the placed objects. There is a lot of variety on what is seen, but the game does have a designated interface.

The only real problem with Peakour HD is that the game features a lot of loading screens. Between each level and each menu, there is a loading screen. While loading is usually not a problem, Peakour HD’s loading takes a noticeable amount of time to get around the app. It breaks the experience when you are seeing the same screens over and over.

Overall Peakour HD is a great game that requires careful planning and thought to complete. The game has a lot of levels and the level creator is a great addition to the experience.

Unlike the console Guitar Hero game, of course, this version doesn't include any instruments, and all the strumming, licking and sliding is done on the device itself using the touchscreen. Notes fall from the top of the screen and you need to tap them as they hit the bottom. In this sense, Guitar Hero plays exactly like Tap Tap Revenge and Rock Band for iPhone. There are a few nice little twists on this in that some chords require you to flick your finger sideways or quickly drag upwards to connect one note to another.

Stingy song selection

There are only six songs included in Guitar Hero, although they are all rock classics. Tracks include Queen's We are the Champions, Rolling Stones' Paint it Black, and The White Stripes Seven Nation Army.

You'll quickly get bored of these, which is when it's time to head for the Store. Part of the reason Guitar Hero is so cheap initially is that Activision is banking on players to go to the store and download additional songs, which come in packs of three. There are a few to choose from in the store at the moment, but you can get Guitar Hero to scan your iPod library and let you know when one of your favorites becomes available to download and play in the game.

Guitar Hero boasts a strong community section, where you can lay down challenges on Facebook and see how you rank in the online leaderboards.

Guitar Hero is a polished iPhone game that's great fun to play. You'll quickly get bored of playing the small selection of songs in the game, though.
