Hook up your camera to your pc, run our software, then hookup your printer to your pc. Our software downloads pictures directly from your camera, assembles several pictures into a print, adds your branding to it then prints it automatically on your printer. There’s zero user interaction required on the pc once you’ve started the software.

Takes several photos and merges them.
Complete control over branding of final print.
Stores all pictures and prints.
Works with all digital cameras as long as windows can see them. Sorry, no support for webcams as we’re sticklers for quality.
Highest quality 4×6 prints of all similar software thanks to your pro dslr camera combined with the latest in image editing technology.
Multiple layout options: 1 pose, 2 poses doubled, 2×4 classic vertical double strip, and 4 poses.
Share Online: You can share your pictures on facebook, twitter, e-mail.

We built our photo booth software out of necessity. We searched the internet and found software that can do the job but all of them either were too complicated, cost an arm and a leg, or didn’t do the job. So we came up with a straightforward app that bridges the missing gap of going from single pictures to professionally printed and branded photo booth prints. Of course, we made sure not to imitate the poor solutions out there.

Amateur and professional photographers wishing to run their own photo booth using their dslr camera.

Download dslrBooth - Photobooth Software for Windows 1.4 in Softonic

IDPhotoStudio 2.11.0.33

IDPhotoStudio is a program that will create and print passport sized photos for you in a snap.

Featuring only the bare necessities, IDPhotoStudio, will handle the job in seconds, allowing you to drag and drop your picture onto the interface. You can then select between three ID Photo sizes: US, Canada or France. Because you often need a certain number of photos printed out, IDPhotoStudio has a little drag meter to let you select how many photos you’ll need, from 1 to 15. Click on the print button to get the paper copies of your photo.

IDPhotoStudio is an original idea, and it’s good to see someone come up with a program to quickly print out ID photos. However, the application left us disappointed for a number of reasons. First of all, it doesn’t respect the aspect ratio of photos, so if you drag a large image there’s a risk it’ll appear distorted. Also, when it comes to editing functions, IDPhotoStudio only includes the option to apply sepia or monochrome color filters. We would have preferred if it included tools like a red-eye remover, cropping or contrasting, which are much more useful for improving the quality of pictures. IDPhotoStudio doesn't even include an undo feature, meaning that if you accidentally set your image to greyscale when you'd prefer it in color, you'll need to start over.

If you have a good mug shot of yourself and want to quickly print out a set of passport sized photos, IDPhotoStudio will probably suit you. However, the lack of advanced editing features means you’ll never really be guaranteed with a high quality image of yourself.

Download IDPhotoStudio 2.11.0.33 in Softonic

Video Booth is a faithful clone of Apple's <a href="http://photo-booth-for-windows-7.en.softonic.com/"target="_blank">Photo Booth application, which allows you to add fun and silly effects to your photos and videos.

If you've ever used Photo Booth on a <a href="http://en.softonic.com/mac"target="_blank">Mac, the interface of Video Booth will be very similar. Photos and videos output in the strip on the bottom of the app and clicking effects will bring up a 3 x 3 grid of different effects. There are a surprising number of effects to choose from, even in the trial application.

The effects that included are fun! There are color filters, fun hour mirror, and faux green-screen effects. They work well and produce some silly photos and videos for you to share with your friends and family, though I can see the novelty of Video Booth wearing off quickly.

Speaking of sharing, you can upload your Video Booth videos directly to <a href="http://youtube.en.softonic.com/web-apps"target="_blank">YouTube. Unfortunately saving your photos and videos is not possible in the trial version, which is a bummer.

Overall, Video Booth is a good application to take fun photos or videos, but they really want you to buy the full version to experience all the features.

Download Video Booth 2.4.9.8 in Softonic

YouCam, brought to you by the folks at <a href="http://www.cyberlink.com/products/youcam/overview_en_US.html?&r=1"target="_blank">CyberLink, is a photo and video application designed to mimic the functionality and ease of use of <a href="http://onsoftware.en.softonic.com/best-photo-booth-tricks-for-beginners"target="_blank">Apple's Photo booth.

YouCam and easily be the main photo and video application for your <a href="http://onsoftware.en.softonic.com/b/windows-8"target="_blank">Windows 8 tablet. It launches quickly and has a ton of effects to mess around with. You can choose frames, video effects, photo effects, and distortion filters.

You can easily switch between taking photos and videos with the slider on the top right. Taking pictures is snappy and they show up immediately in the camera roll. YouCam allows you to add effects to photos and videos after they have been taken.

Other than all the silly photo and video effects, YouCam is pretty basic. There's an eye icon on the top left that allows you to "enhance" your image or video. I found that it just boosts the exposure.

Overall, YouCam is a simple, easy to use photo and video application that you can comfortably use as your default photo and video application on Windows 8. Its not as much of a copy of Apple's Photo booth as <a href="http://photo-booth-for-windows-7.en.softonic.com/"target="_blank">Photo Booth for Windows 7 and we appreciate YouCam trying to differentiate itself.

Although its effects are a bit gimmicky, its ease of use and snappy interface makes it a recommended program.

Download YouCam for Windows 8 in Softonic

Snap is a webcam app that stands out for being extremely easy to use and letting you get fun results in no time at all.

Once installed, launch the program and you'll immediately see the image taken by your webcam. Snap automatically detects your webcam and offers you all its tools to begin playing around. We say "play" because this is what you're going to do with Snap - don't expect to create serious, professional photo collages like you would do with other graphic editors.

Snap is a fun tool, so it's intended to obtain funny photos that you can use to play a joke on a friend, create an original avatar for your favourite IM client or design a custom greeting card. The app includes a variety of filters and effects to apply to your photos, such as night vision, mirror effect, do I look fat?, clipart and animations. Using them is a cinch: just select a given filter, see what it looks like in the preview window and click on the snap button to capture the image if you like the result. Snapshots are automatically saved in a specified folder, but unfortunately you can't select their size or format.

Once you've taken your fun images, you can open them in whatever app you liike, and make further edits or simply email or print them. Bear in mind that you can't do this within the app - it only lets you share on Facebook.

All in all, Snap is an easy-to-use application that can provide hours of fun. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Download Snap 3.0 in Softonic

Photo Booth for Windows 7 is the non-official Windows port of the popular Mac app for taking photos with your webcam.

Like the original app, Photo Booth for Windows 7 includes a selection of special effects you can apply to the image on your webcam in real time, and then take a picture of it. Once the picture appears in the camera roll at the bottom of the window, you can save it to the hard drive or share it on Facebook and Twitter straight away.

The good thing about Photo Booth for Windows 7 is that it doesn’t require installation and is very easy to set up. All you need is <taglink type="program" country="en" id="24681">Adobe Flash Player</taglink> and a webcam. Then you can start applying effects and taking snapshots of yourself and your friends posing for the webcam.

Though Photo Booth for Windows 7 lacks some features found in the original program – such as background effects, or being able to record video – it’s still one of the best Photo Booth clones for Windows you can find these days.

Photo Booth for Windows 7 is an easy, addictive app with which to have fun with your webcam.

Download Photo Booth for Windows 7 1.0 in Softonic

Sparkbooth (formerly known as Party Booth) is the closest thing you'll ever have to a photo booth on a PC.

Photo booths are great fun and Sparkbooth adds a new dimension as it uses your webcam to take photo booth-style photos and save them to your hard drive, upload them to a host of popular networking sites, such as Facebook, Twitpix and Posterous, or simply print them.

Sparkbooth more or less configures itself - it detects your camera and starts taking the photos when you hit the Space bar. It then automatically saves, prints or uploads them and the entire application follows the same format you'd find in a real photo booth.

To upload your Sparkbooth photos to other websites, just enter your log-in details for each one in the Settings section. You can also add a logo and background image to your photos to spice things up a bit. You can also customize the logo on the main screen although this isn't really anything special. Sparkbooth would probably be particularly fun at a wedding as a way for guests to snap themselves during the celebrations.

Sparkbooth will give you and your friends hours of photo fun..

Download Sparkbooth 3.5.50 in Softonic

If you need a way of breathing new life into your photos, then take a look at Plato Photo Booth. Plato Photo Booth enables you to easily create, edit, enhance, print, and manipulate digital photos.

With Plato Photo Booth, you can take photos on your webcam and create small 'stickers' of them. You can select from a limited variety of backgrounds and themes, ranging from celebrities to animals and wildlife and apply these to your photo to create a fun effect.

You can also edit the brightness, contrast and other standard controls that you'd expect in a photo app. These include hue, sharpness, RGB color etc. Many of the controls open up new windows that allow you to manually adjust the effects giving you a high degree of control. Finally, Plato Photo Booth also supports printing of images.

The interface of Plato Photo Booth is generally very basic, however, and is in desperate need of a revamp for Windows Vista and 7.

Plato Photo Booth is a feature-filled photo editor that's a lot of fun.

Download Plato Photo Booth 1.0.5 in Softonic

One thing that isn't particularly customizable on Macs is the iSight camera. iGlasses changes that however by giving you much more control over how your iSight camera works.

iGlasses gives you total control over your webcam video settings from within a huge number of applications such as iChat, QuickTime Pro Player and 60 other programs such as , Yahoo! Messenger , Skype and SightSpeed. You can easily deselect applications you don't want it to work with using the iGlasses Manager.

For example, you can auto-change your iSight image so that it displays night vision, flip the image upside down, rotate an image or provide a mirror image for example.
Once the image is changed, you have some manual controls to tweak it with. Note that although it's primarily designed for use with iSight cameras, iGlasses is also compatible with Logitech QuickCam, Macally IceCam, iMage USB Webcam, or any camera that uses macam as a driver.

One major drawback of the application though is that it requires running applications in 32-bit mode for them to work with iGlasses although this is something that should be fixed later this year.

Download iGlasses 2.1.4 in Softonic

Photo Mishmash Screensaver gives you exactly the same kind of effects but in a screensaver - so now you can watch your warped face swirl around your screen when your computer wants a rest. Photo Mishmash allows you to use your JPEG & PNG photos, web graphics or clipart, and then proceeds to squeeze, stretch and swirl them until they are no longer recognizable.

What you see can be both funny and horrifying as your face becomes distorted out of all proportion like some Star Wars character gone wrong. Photo Mishmash continually feeds images into itself so that no two screensavers are ever the same. You'll have a lot of fun just sitting back and watching it go to work on your face. Photo Mishmash Screensaver is only suitable for high resolution monitors though because it only displays images in Hi/True Color mode (16/24 bit color) and not in 256 color mode.

Photo Mishmash Screensaver is great fun and will provide hours of entertainment as well as of course, protect your screen.

Download Photo Mishmash Screensaver 2.2.4.3 in Softonic

Microsoft Photo Story 3

Microsoft Photo Story is a photo presentation program for Windows XP. If you're looking for a similar program for Windows Vista or 7, check out <taglink type="program" country="en" id="70297">Windows Movie Maker</taglink> or <taglink type="program" country="en" id="74149">Windows Live Movie Maker</taglink>.

Microsoft Photo Story lets you drag photos onto a window, arrange them as needed, then provide custom narration, transitions, zooms, pans, audio soundtracks and/or custom auto-generated music, then export the result as a WMV file.

Applying such features can prove tricky in some programs, but not in Microsoft Photo Story. The fact is, you don’t need to tweak a whole bunch of settings because the program does it for you, automatically generating transitions and zoom/pans without you having to set it up yourself. What's more, the ones generated by default look great.

While you can simply sit back and let Microsoft Photo Story do everything for you, there's still plenty you can play around with if you’re feeling adventurous. For instance, you can build your own custom soundtracks for your slideshow. You can pick from a bumper range of music genres, tempos, instruments and effects, giving you the chance to match the audio precisely to the mood of your show.

Output from Microsoft Photo Story is in Microsoft's WMV file format, which is more compressed than MPEGs or other movie type files. You can choose from various resolutions in order to optimize your slideshow. Unfortunately, however, the output movies from the software are not as sharp as they’d be in VCD or DVD format.

It's a shame that Microsoft Photo Story does'’t support burning DVDs and VCDs with the created slideshow, and you’ll need your own DVD authoring app to do this. There are applications, such as ProShow, that contain burning options and support for higher resolution output, but there's not much that can match Photo Story in terms of its ease of use and automated features.

So, if you want a quick way to create stand-out photo presentations, Microsoft Photo Story is well worth downloading.

Download Microsoft Photo Story 3 in Softonic
