The 2023 Oscars have finally taken place. After months of waiting to see if an incident like last year’s Will Smith happened, they have returned in a more peaceful way but with some very interesting surprises. In the film section, of course, we can say that it has been a great year.

On this occasion, although there was a lot of rivalry thanks to proposals such as The Fabelman, The Banshees of Inisherin or Top Gun: Maverick, two films have finally prevailed over the rest: Everything Everywhere All at Once and All Quiet on the Western Front.

The Daniels’ film has been the main award winner, with awards such as best film, best direction, best actress and supporting actor, best actress and best screenplay. But the Netflix film has not lagged behind either, winning especially in the technical section.
