So what’s new with Office 2016 for Windows? Well, Clippy is back, but not in the way you think. The new feature is called Tell Me, which helps you figure out how to do things and actually does it for you. Clippy was annoying but Tell Me is now actually useful.

The ribbon interface has been tweaked. The functions most people use are now less hidden and streamlined.

Collaboration has also been completely overhauled to battle the extremely useful Google Docs. Offline use helps you maintain your workflow when you have a spotty connection.

For an in-depth look  at what’s changed in Office  2016  for Windows, check out our breakdown here.

Are these features enough to make the upgrade worth it? We’ll have the final verdict when we test out the official release later this year. But for now, give Office 2016 a try and let us know what you think.
