If we recently learned that Madonna would return with her Celebration World Tour, now Queen B herself will be the next to set foot on Spanish soil. Beyoncé has just announced the Renaissance World Tour and among the cities she will visit is Barcelona. Of course, get your wallet ready if you want to see her.

The tour is named after their latest album, Renaissance, and will kick off in Stockholm on May 5. The tour will last about two months and will end in New Orleans at the end of September.

When and where can I buy the tickets?

On the other hand, for her stop in Spain Beyoncé has chosen the city of Barcelona and specifically, the Olympic Stadium. If you do not want to miss your ticket, write down this date and time: February 10 at 10:00 Spanish time. Tickets will go on sale through Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites.

However, there are two ways you can buy your ticket early. On February 6 from 10:00 to 6:00pm Spanish time there will be a pre-sale for those who are registered in BeyHive and there will also be another one on February 9 from 10:00 to 6:00pm Spanish time for Live Nation users.

The “Renaissance” Beyoncé after five years without world tours

After six years without releasing music, Beyoncé released the first volume of Renaissance last July. Defined by the artist as “Act I”, Renaissance is a dance album with nineties touches that brings back the magic of the disco world. From it, several viral tracks such as Cuff It or Break My Soul have been released.

However, even Beyoncé is not able to escape controversy. The announcement of her new tour has been accompanied by numerous criticisms for her performance at the Atlantis luxury residence in Dubai. The singer is known to be a standard bearer for LGTBQ+ rights and feminism, two areas more than violated in the United Arab Emirates.
