Today sees the launch of Chrome 37 for Android, which has a new user interface and ‘Incognito’ tab, as well as a simpler sign in, and the usual raft of bug fixes and minor improvements.
Check out the new look of Chrome below. ‘Material Design’ is Google’s ‘visual language’, which aims to ‘synthesize classic principles of good design with the innovation and possibility of technology and science.’ It should result in a unified user experience across applications and platforms in the Google eco-system. Expect to see it in more Google apps soon.
The new sign in means that if you’re logged into Chrome with your Google Account, you can now easily connect to other Google sites while you browse (like Gmail).
Download Google Chrome for Android. If you want to check out upcoming Chrome features, you can also try Chrome Beta.
