We have been announcing it since the first trailer was released, and now we can confirm it with good reason: Deadpool & Wolverine, the third installment of the Merc with a Mouth, arrives to be the salvation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After several lost years following a spectacular Avengers: Endgame, it seems that the universe created by Kevin Feige is back with a spectacular movie.
The first reviews of the movie certainly announce it. In its premiere, Deadpool & Wolverine has achieved a remarkable 85% of positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, which means that the vast majority of critics have liked the movie. Furthermore, considering that in this type of films the audience score tends to be even higher, it is clear that it will be a hit when it arrives in theaters this week.
What does the critics say about Deadpool & Wolverine?
Some of the most important criticisms that Deadpool & Wolverine has received in its premiere are the following:
“Deadpool & Wolverine is a cinematic delight. It is a loving tribute to decades of Marvel’s multimedia projects and is as loud, cheeky, and bloody as the first two Deadpool movies” – Jonathan Sim, Coming Soon
“Deadpool & Wolverine has a lot of irreverent humor, a lot of bloody and brutal action, and a lot of inappropriate jokes. Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine are the best in their game” – John Nguyen, Nerd Reactor
“Deadpool & Wolverine is one of the most entertaining Marvel movies I’ve seen in years. In addition to being fun and satisfying in terms of action and violence, it leaves you with a sense of satisfaction in moments that we have been waiting for years. A must-watch since its premiere!” – Samuel Leggett Jr., Team JVS
“An authentic blast! Tremendously entertaining, irreverent, and scandalously fun” – Avi Offer, NYC Movie Guru
