EA Sports reveals who will be the star on the cover of FC 27

EA FC 27 has revealed who will be its cover star and the rumors that have been circulating all year have come true. The cover star will be “The Dictator” Kylian Mbappé, Real Madrid player, La Liga’s top scorer, star of the French national team, and France’s all-time top scorer.

A game that had already leaked

In a post on social media, they have unveiled the Ultimate Edition cover, promising to present all the covers next Thursday, July 23. None of this is a surprise because there were already persistent rumors that Mbappé would be on the cover of this year’s edition, something that seems to confirm the other major rumor about the game: that it will come out next September 25, with early access on September 18 if you buy the Ultimate Edition.

Beyond that, they still haven’t announced anything about the content or the changes coming in this new edition. So we’ll have to wait a little longer for all the details about this new edition. Or to see whether Mbappé manages to break EA FC’s terrible cover curse: that whoever appears on it has a bad season. Which seems unlikely when we’re talking about Mbappé, after all.
