If one pronounces the name “Build A Rocket Boy”, chances are that it doesn’t ring a bell at all. It’s normal, calm, since this studio is relatively new and is taking its first steps in the world of video games. However, if it is said that behind it is none other than Leslie Benzies, former president of Rockstar North (GTA), things change a lot, don’t they?

The first trailer we have seen of MindsEye, his first videogame, looks really good. According to the information unveiled, the studio was founded in February 2017, that is, they have been in development for six years. In all this time, the company already accumulates more than 300 workers spread between the studios in Edinburgh, Budapest and Montpellier, in addition to remote work for dozens of them.

This first video exemplifies well the blockbuster -sic- they want to build in the studio: a game with huge open world possibilities, driving, shooting and much more. All this accompanied by a luxurious technical section and a story where robotics, corporations of the future and artificial intelligence go hand in hand.

If we tell all the above is to exemplify the incredible team that is working behind MindsEye during these last years. However, there is an even more important novelty. This MindsEye will be part of Everywhere, a platform in the purest Roblox style or now Fortnite’s Unreal Editor to build our own universes. Not bad.

Both MindsEye, game, and Everywhere, platform, will be available this year on PC. The studio expects to launch all this later on other formats and consoles, although it considers that for that it will have to wait until everything is settled.
