Facebook Messenger now has Augmented Reality games. Up to six people can play games that use the video chat feature, where you need to use your facial expressions to win.

Facebook now has Augmented Reality games

For now, only two games are available: Asteroids Attack, where you help a spaceship dodge asteroids using your nose, and Don’t Smile, a classic staring contest game. Soon there will be at least two more games: Beach Bump (to pass a ball between players) and Kitten Kraze (to match cats).

The goal of this gaming movement is clear: to keep you hooked on Facebook Messenger as long as possible. Now, when your video chat gets boring, you can always spice it up by playing a few games.
