Flappy Bird dev’s new game Swing Copters on iOS this week

People waiting for Flappy Bird to return got a surprise when the multiplayer version called Flappy Birds Family released on Amazon Fire TV. Dong Nguyen is returning with a new game called Swing Copters.

TouchArcade got a hands on with the game and it uses the same one-hit fail mechanic as Flappy Bird, but instead of moving horizontally, you try and fly vertically while avoiding obstacles.

Swing Copters will be available on iOS for free with a $0.99 in-app purchase to remove ads.
