Ford has revealed the fully electric 2025 version of its Transit van, known as the E-Transit, maintaining a similar pricing structure to the 2024 model.
The price of the E-Transit cargo van is set at $51,000, while the chassis cab and cutaway versions are priced at $46,200 and $45,700 respectively, excluding shipping.
Among the news for 2025, Ford introduces four option packages aimed at specific trades: electrician, HVAC, general contractor, and a folding shelf package for delivery services, which are sold at prices ranging from $2,900 to $4,440.

These options are designed to enhance the functionality of the van in different work environments, broadening its appeal to a wider range of professionals.
The E-Transit features an 89 kWh battery that offers up to 300 km of range according to the EPA cycle. This model is equipped with an electric motor that delivers 266 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque, providing robust performance for cargo transport.
In terms of fast charging, the E-Transit can reach up to 176 kW, allowing for a recovery of 120 km of range in just 15 minutes when using a 180 kW charger.
Since its introduction in 2022, the E-Transit has evolved, incorporating significant improvements with a larger battery in 2024.
Ford is positioning this model to compete directly with electric versions from other manufacturers, such as the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter and the Ram ProMaster EV, as well as with the electric vans from General Motors and Rivian, which have recently begun offering their models to commercial fleets.
