Free up your schedule for the next 10 years: Vampire Survivors finally arrives on PlayStation

Luca Galante, also known as poncle, has confirmed that Vampire Survivors will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on August 29th. This highly anticipated title, which won the awards for best game and best design at the BAFTA Games Awards in 2023, combines shooting and roguelite elements, offering minimalist and highly addictive gameplay. At launch, players will be able to enjoy the latest updates, which include over 40 playable characters and 80 different weapons.

The base game will have a price of $4.99, while the four downloadable content (DLC) packs will be sold separately, with prices ranging from $1.99 to $2.49. The available DLCs are Legacy of the Moonspell, Tides of the Foscari, Emergency Meeting (an Among Us-inspired DLC), and Operation Guns (inspired by Contra).

In Vampire Survivors, you will take control of a survivor who must…well, just that: survive numerous waves of enemies, thanks to the weapons and abilities you will obtain as you level up, defeat enemies, or the environment itself.

By reaching goals, such as surviving x minutes on a map or eliminating x number of enemies, you will unlock weapons, upgrades, and survivors to face the demons. However, be careful: with Vampire Survivors, you know when you start, but not when you finish.
