Game of Thrones: Conquest adds Rebellion PvP finale: play now

Zynga has refreshed Game of Thrones: Rebellion in Game of Thrones: Conquest for July 2026, giving players a limited-time PvP finale to close out the Freedom in Essos arc.

Rebellion isn’t some brand-new spin-off. It’s the recurring Essos warfare weekend where you and your kingdom fight to capture and hold Seats of Power during scheduled active windows and downtime. That makes this a coordinated, reward-focused endgame event, not a casual side mode and not something built with new players in mind.

This round of Rebellion wraps up Zynga’s Freedom in Essos event, which ran from July 1 to July 24 and leaned into a Daenerys theme built around the liberation of Slaver’s Bay. It also says something about how Warner Bros. is still keeping the franchise busy: Game of Thrones: Conquest continues to get support alongside Game of Thrones: Kingsroad content and the planned 2027 RTS, Game of Thrones: War for Westeros.

If you play Game of Thrones: Conquest regularly, this update is probably worth picking up. Still, it’s fair to go in knowing the game remains divisive because of its long-running pay-to-win criticism, even after bringing in more than $214 million by April 2019, and coverage of this event is still pretty thin outside the US.
