We’ve been able to drag and drop attachments into Gmail for a while now but until recently, it was limited to documents. It’s a great feature and it was only a matter of time before it extended to images too – news we happily received today.
There’s only one problem – according to the developers, it is only available in Chrome. I tried it, and it works like a charm, but out of curiosity, I tried with Firefox too and guess what – it worked! I don’t have the Labs function enabled, so I’m a bit puzzled. Either Gmail are really fast, or there’s something going on that we’re not aware of. Either way take advantage and get dragging now!
