Although the iPhone 15 hasn’t even been announced, rumors pointing to its successor are already here. While the successor to the iPhone 14 would already come with a host of changes, it seems that the iPhone 16 would have even more if possible.

One of the aspects that usually changes the least in the iPhone is its size. Since the release of the iPhone 12, they have remained virtually unchanged, with only slight changes in the notch. Now, analyst Ross Young has let slip that the next iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max would mount screens of 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively. Nothing is known about the standard models, but it can be intuited that they would follow the same path as the Pro models.

If this turns out to be true, we would be looking at the largest iPhones in Apple’s history. As of today, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro Max are sold with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens, something that would not change in the upcoming iPhone 15 (at least as far as we know).

Although these are all rumors, the truth is that analyst Ross Young has already leaked information in the past that turned out to be true. For example, he was the one who revealed the arrival of ProMotion technology to the iPhone 13 Pro and the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Will Apple take advantage of this extra space with new features like it did with Dynamic Island? At the moment, all we can do is speculate. What we do know is that the bitten apple company will hold WWDC 2023 on June 5. During the conference, we will see the new iOS 17, iPad OS 17, tvOS 17 and watchOS 10, which is not little. Although the conference will start on June 5, it will last until June 9.
