Popular Leaker Indicates When Rockstar Might Announce GTA 6
After the massive success of GTA V and its online counterpart, gamers have eagerly been awaiting any whisper that GTA VI will be launched. Rumors and discussions abound on social media chatter as everyone attempts to guess when the official announcement will appear. Well, based on a Tweet by ViewerAnon, it appears as though it may happen soon.
Why would anyone take a Tweet seriously, we hear you ask. ViewerAnon is well known for revealing release dates of Marvel and Star Wars movies in the past even before there was any official announcement. While his Tweet indicates that the initial release date was in 2023, fans can expect Rockstar to make an announcement in 2022.
With GTA V’s online features still receiving updates and new game modes, it’s only a matter of time before the hype shifts to GTA 6. Rockstar is also busy expanding and enhancing GTA V for a massive update in 2021, so we don’t anticipate they’ll take the limelight away from that. With the Red Dead Redemption 2 launch date presented a year before release, all patterns point towards a GTA VI announcement in 2022.
