We all want more Bloodborne, but while that doesn’t seem possible, it appears that we’ll at least have a game clearly inspired by it: Lies of P. Developed by Neowiz Games, it is a soulslike game that takes the story of Pinocchio, sets it during the Belle Époque, and gives it a dark twist. Now we have a new trailer that showcases Pinochio’s special powers in his arm and emphasizes the importance of parrying, which sets it apart from Bloodborne and defines its own personality.

Lies of P will be released on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, and Xbox Series X and Series S on September 19.
