Disney Plus is moving forward with its Marvel Studios series. After Secret Invasion, a series with mixed reviews but that has been essential for the future of the MCU, the next one will be the return of the Marvel show that has been the most successful on the platform: Loki.
Indeed, after the culmination of its first season in 2021, Loki returns to continue telling the adventures of the God of Mischief in the Marvel multiverse. Once again, of course, it will feature Kang as the villain to be defeated, and it seems that Jonathan Majors will reprise the role, despite recently being accused of committing a sexist attack.

What will the second season of Loki be about?
The first season of Loki ended with an open conclusion when Sylvie ended the life of “He Who Remains,” a variant of Kang who kept his other variants under control to prevent them from disrupting the space-time. This unleashed the multiverse and led to many events that we have seen later in the MCU, but Loki ended up traveling to another timeline where no one knew him.
That’s where the first season left off, so now Loki has to convince Mobius (Owen Wilson) of his story again and get his help to restore the space-time. All this while Sylvie continues to cause chaos in the multiverse, and multiple variants of Kang are on the loose. In short, things look tough for Loki.

Loki Season 2 Trailer
The Season 2 of Loki already has a trailer, and from what we can see in the 2 minutes and 25 seconds preview, it will be even more epic than the first season. Certainly, the duo of Loki and Mobius is spectacular, and it’s just one more aspect among the many that these new episodes will have. Check out the video inside:
Loki Season 2 Release Date
Loki’s second season will premiere on October 6, 2023. It will be part of Marvel Studios’ Phase 5 and will once again delve into the Multiverse and turn everything upside down before leading to the highly anticipated Avengers: The Kang Dynasties.
