Star Wars Jedi: Survivor hardly needs any promotion. The first videogame, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, was one of the most successful of the saga in recent years, and reconciled many gamers who are fans of the franchise with Electronic Arts. But there’s barely a day left until the game is released, so they’ve gone all out with the final news.

In the latest ad they have published from the official Star Wars account we see none other than Mark Hamill reunited with Cameron Monaghan, the actor who plays the protagonist Cal Kestis in the video games. Both, curiously, have also been The Joker -Hamill voicing him in a multitude of series and games and Monaghan in the Gotham series- and now they meet as Jedi.

A game that aims very high

In the ad, Hamill gives Monaghan several lessons on how a Jedi acts, how he moves, and plays with him a bit to get him up to par. It also has some very funny parts in which he makes it very clear to Monaghan, for example, that he has nothing to teach him about the Force.

The promotion comes along with a game that, in its first reviews, aims very high. EA certainly seems to have hit the nail on the head when it comes to creating Star Wars action titles. And while we wait to see what Quantic Dream will do with Star Wars Eclipse, it’s time to have fun with the new adventures of Cal Kestis.
