Marvel Rivals adds Scarlet Witch’s Age of Ultron skin: it arrives July 31

Marvel Rivals has shown off Scarlet Witch’s Age of Ultron skin for Season 9. It lands on July 31 and brings Wanda Maximoff’s 2015 Marvel Cinematic Universe debut look into the team-based PvP shooter.

The outfit recreates the black dress and red jacket Elizabeth Olsen wore in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and it’s arriving on July 31 as part of a bigger run of movie-inspired Marvel Rivals skins that also includes Winter Soldier. Season 9 is going all in on that angle with the PvE mode Path to Doomsday: Avengers: Age of Ultron. Going by early Reddit reactions, this has been a long time coming for Scarlet Witch, who’s still one of the game’s most popular heroes.

If Scarlet Witch is already one of your regular picks in Marvel Rivals, this one will probably be hard to pass up. Her Duelist role, chaos-magic damage, and reality-warping attacks already make her one of the most visually striking characters on the roster, and this skin ties that in-game version of Wanda more directly to her on-screen history.
