Although we didn’t expect to see it here, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 made an appearance at the Summer Game Fest. And it did so to give us a release date. That date is October 20th, exclusively for PlayStation 5.
Featuring the adventures of Miles Morales and Peter Parker, players will be able to alternate between both characters in an open-world simulation of Manhattan. While it’s expected to arrive on PC in the future, there are currently no plans for it. Until then, only fortunate owners of a PlayStation 5 will be able to play one of the most anticipated games of the year.
