A revealing slip on the Steam page of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has unleashed a wave of speculation among video game enthusiasts and Marvel fans. The update, which was almost immediately reverted, included details about characters, game modes, and technical aspects that were apparently going to be announced in a future presentation. According to the leaked information, the game will feature 20 playable characters at launch, including iconic heroes such as Captain America, Doctor Doom, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Star-Lord.
It will be an extensive game, but with possibilities for expansion
In addition to these characters, the update reveals that Marvel Tokon will offer a multiplayer mode with lobbies of up to 64 players and a story mode titled Episode Mode. The latter promises to take players on a journey filled with intense battles and spectacular maneuvers. The proposal for a massive multiplayer event promises to create a competitive and exciting environment, aligning with the expectations of players of contemporary fighting titles.
Regarding the technical aspects, the developers at Arc System Works have promised that the game will run at 60 FPS and in 4K resolution on Ultra settings. This suggests that Marvel Tokon will not only aim to provide entertaining gameplay but also an impressive visual experience, which is fundamental in updated fighting games.
Curiously, this leak comes just before a State of Play announcement, scheduled for tomorrow, February 12, at 11:00 PM (Spanish mainland time). Some players speculate that Marvel Tokon could be part of this presentation, which would generate high expectations among fans. Undoubtedly, the developers at Arc System Works have the public’s attention, and social media is buzzing in anticipation of more information about this promising title.
