Nintendo announces its biggest offers to date, though with limitations
From September 13-26, US players get 30% off select games

Nintendo has announced a promotion called Customer Appreciation. Beginning this Sunday, September 13, and running until September 26, they will be available both digitally and physically, the latter only in select stores. According to Nintendo, “this is our way of thanking Nintendo players who have been giving us their continued support”.
Offers, but with a catch
With 30% off numerous games, these discounts are possible because Nintendo ultimately didn’t have to pass Donald Trump’s tariffs on to affected US consumers. Which is why, Nintendo is giving back with this set of discounts.
For that reason, there are currently no plans to offer these deals outside the US. While it’d be nice if they were available in other markets, that may happen with future offers, but for now there are no plans to do that, since they’re directly tied to the fact that Nintendo ultimately didn’t have to pay the tariffs. So, if you’re reading this from outside the US, we’re afraid you’ll have to wait for Nintendo’s next offers.
