Attention NVIDIA GeForce Now subscribers in Canada and parts of Europe: There’s an update that might impact your gaming budget.

Due to rising operational costs in these regions, NVIDIA has made the decision to adjust the subscription rates effective November 1. Thankfully for our US subscribers, your rates will remain unchanged.

Here’s a breakdown of the new pricing structure for those affected:

  • In Canada, the one-month Priority plan will see an increase from $9.99 to $13.99. If you’re on the six-month plan, it’s set to adjust from $49.99 to $69.99.
  • The Ultimate plan, which offers the experience of GeForce RTX 4080 PCs in cloud at a sharp 4K resolution, will be priced at $25.99 for a month, up from the previous $19.99. For the six-month subscription, it’s slated to move from $99.99 to $139.99.

For our European subscribers, there are some pricing adjustments to note as well:

  • The one-month Priority plan will experience a slight increase from €9.99 to €10.99.
  • Those savoring the Ultimate Plan can anticipate the monthly price to climb from €19.99 to €21.99.

Now, here’s a bit of a silver lining: both new and existing GeForce Now aficionados can secure the present rates for a duration of up to six months, right up until the new prices kick in on November 1. And for those early birds who snagged the company’s Founders for Life offer under the Priority plan? You’re in luck. Your rates aren’t budging.

A heads up to those generous souls gifting GeForce Now memberships: any gift cards purchased prior to November 1 in Canada and Europe will retain their original value upon redemption, NVIDIA assures. But come November, the gift card prices will be joining the upward trend too.

On the gaming frontier, there’s some exciting news. NVIDIA has shaken hands with Microsoft, which means a gradual influx of Microsoft games to GeForce Now.

What’s more, titles under the Microsoft PC Game Pass service will also be gracing the platform. Case in point: the recent addition of Starfield a few weeks back. And talk about being in sync — GeForce Now onboarded Forza Motorsport just as the game made its official debut this week.
