Pocketpair continues to work on Palworld. Although the lawsuits from Nintendo keep them busy, it seems that continuing to develop their biggest success to date keeps them even busier. Because they have confirmed that the next big update for Palworld is just around the corner. And it is six times bigger than we expected.

Palworld is heading to 2025 with a lot of new content

The next Palworld update will include a new island that will be six times the size of Sakurajima, the island from the previous major update. In addition to an island of enormous size, we should expect more boss towers, new species of pals, and hopefully, some more content. Because if Sakurajima could already feel a bit empty at times, an island six times larger could be more of a curse than a blessing.

Alongside this update, they have also confirmed a collaboration. In 2025, Palworld will collaborate with Terraria. Having sold 60 million copies worldwide, both games will have a joint collaboration about which they will provide more information in the future.

Although we still need to know more about this new Palworld update, we won’t have to wait long. Because this huge new island will arrive next December. Meanwhile, Palworld is in early access on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC, as well as on Game Pass.
