Google Chrome already allows users to create multiple accounts for the same browser but there hasn’t been any option for implementing parental controls. That may change soon as BrowserFame has uncovered this feature in the a developer build of Chrome.
The new parental controls allow parents to create a “Supervised User” account for their children. There’s a bunch of kid-friendly avatars to choose from and will allow parents to control what their kids see. No account needs to be tied to a Google account. Just create the account and that person will get an account with their own browser settings and bookmarks.
Google has not acknowledged the existence of parental controls within Google Chrome yet but it should only be a matter of time until the company updates Chrome to include this feature.
