Play Doge 2048

2048 is an browser version of the popular iOS and Android game Threes!, and now it has collided with unavoidable internet meme Doge to create Doge 2048.
In this version of the puzzle game, instead of pushing numbers around, you push Doges. When two doges match, they combine to make a new Doge. The aim is to combine Doges until you have all 11 types on your 4 by 4 square board. It makes (vaguely) more sense if you play it.

Doge 2048 works great on mobile browsers, too. You can play the original 2048 here, itself based on 1024 by Veewo Studio, and ‘conceptually similar to Threes! by Asher Vollmer’ as developer Gabriele Cirulli says.
Doge 2048 adds doge-meme comments to the game, celebrating your scoring successes with phrase like ‘very gaming’, ‘so hot right now’, and ‘such matched’. If you find the original number based game a little dry, Doge 2048 is a much more colorful and irreverent take on the concept.
