A hot summer is coming, and we have already experienced it with the first heat waves for which we were not prepared in the middle of spring. To combat these high temperatures, we have all kinds of options; from beach and pool to travel to the north. But Netflix is going to make it difficult for us to get out of the house and get scorched.

Netflix’s official Twitter account has posted a thread with its biggest releases for summer 2023, and it’s certainly going to be an interesting time for the platform. After going through a somewhat difficult winter due to the account sharing policy, the VOD service wants to make up for it with some eye-catching releases: from the movie Jennifer Lopez’s Mother to the animated film The Monkey King.

All the new Netflix releases for the summer

The mother

The first new Netflix highlight is The Mother, a thriller starring Jennifer Lopez in which she plays an assassin trying to protect her daughter from a gang of criminals. Undoubtedly, the uniform looks great on the actress of Wall Street Swindlers.
