Calling All Gamers: Grab the Game of the Year 2020 at an Unbelievably Affordable Price!

Doom is a foundational videogame. The modern shooter would not be understood without what idSoftware did at the time and that’s why, after its excellent first four installments, nobody expected that it would be possible to continue making shooters in that way. Making a new Doom seemed impossible, because everything had already been said. The genre had gone down other paths and there was no longer room or possibility for something as brutal and visceral as the franchise that created it all. Until Doom appeared in 2016, a twist that showed that there was still a lot of ground to explore on that front, which was demonstrated in the 2020 GOTY: Doom Eternal.

With a much more focused story, but without abandoning the sensations derived from killing waves of demons, encouraging us to improvise what weapon is best against each enemy that appears in each phase, with scenarios full of secrets and an outrageous level of violence, which is always so exaggerated that it is extremely funny, Doom Eternal is everything that was the Doom of 2016, but refined. Much larger scenarios, more varied and sharply focused weapons, more satisfying executions, and much simpler and more natural stage navigation.

Doom Eternal is a true landmark of design, taking the modern shooter to a whole new dimension to the one we knew. Accessible to those who are not used to playing games of the genre, or who have never played a Doom before, but challenging for those who have played all the games of the franchise backwards and forwards, thanks to its difficulty levels and its challenging collectibles and optional stages, Doom Eternal is everything we dreamed Doom could be in 2020 and much more. A true prodigy of the modern video game.

Now on offer on Steam, you can take advantage of up to 75% discount on the base game, and 60% on its Eternal Deluxe edition. A really crazy price for one of the best shooters of recent years, if not the best.
