Quentin Tarantino’s 2015 western The Hateful Eight is now streaming free with ads on Tubi and Fawesome TV, based on current listings on both platforms.

If you’ve been meaning to catch up with The Hateful Eight, or just want to revisit it, here’s what you’re getting: a nearly three-hour , post-Civil War Wyoming chamber piece. Eight strangers are trapped together by a blizzard, and what starts as suspicion and political hostility turns into bloodshed. Tarantino folds in spaghetti Western, murder mystery, and horror, which is why the movie so often gets mentioned alongside The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Thing, and And Then There Were None. The cast is loaded, too: Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demián Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, and Bruce Dern.

There’s also more than one version of it floating around. The Hateful Eight exists as a 187-minute 70mm Roadshow presentation with overture and intermission, a 168-minute theatrical cut, and a 210-minute four-part Netflix extended version. According to Box Office Mojo, it grossed more than $155 million on a budget of roughly $44 million. It also won an Oscar for Ennio Morricone’s score, and Jennifer Jason Leigh earned an Academy Award nomination.
