‘The Odyssey’ is going to have another film, different from Nolan’s, but it has nothing to worry about: it’s made entirely by AI
Odysseus: The Fall was generated in three months with Kling

“I don’t think anyone’s going to think this movie is better than Nolan’s”, said the shameless Tom Rogers, the CEO of Fountain 0, the studio that decided, just like that, that The Odyssey also should get its own proper AI-made version. Do you remember that time when shoddy animation studios were putting out movies that had nothing in common with the ones that had just been released except the title, to see if anyone got confused? Well, this is their next evolution, only with even less effort and drive.
The OdyssAI
In this case, the product in question is called Odysseus: The Fall and it’s a 135-minute-long film created by Fountain 0 and by “director” Ash Koosha, who made the AI-created documentary Dreams of Violets, screened at Tribeca for a general audience. But this lot doesn’t care about being ridiculed because they only want to prove it can be done. Badly, in a rush, senselessly, but it can be done.
In this case, the studio has spent three months working on Odysseus: The fall, and it has done so in the least creative way possible: it uploaded various notes that serve as a “script” to the Kling video generator and let the AI work its magic. For now, the producer has already acknowledged that “the script is open to interpretation. Why? Because there are no risks”. That translates into no script, no sense, nothing.
This “movie” will be available to buy or rent in the coming months from the studio’s own website, and they’ve already made it clear who it’s for: “There are a lot of people who aren’t interested in the Odyssey or don’t like going to the movies, but they do have a real interest in AI and what’s happening”. Please, let the bubble burst already.
