The Expendables is one of the most surprising franchises in Hollywood. Starting with its first installment in 2010 as a way to bring together the best action movie legends from the 80s, the saga quickly became a generational icon. From Sylvester Stallone to Arnold Schwarzenegger, and including Chuck Norris and Dolph Lundgren, the franchise has gained increasing interest over the years, always led by the character of Jason Statham.

Since 2014, however, we hadn’t had a new installment in the franchise, and many thought it would remain a trilogy. But The Expendables 4 is coming this year, and as proof, we have just released the trailer. To no one’s surprise, it is spectacular, full of action and cameos.

More spectacle, more fights and more… love?

“With a soundtrack featuring the Red Hot Chili Peppers and an all-star cast, The Expendables 4 aims to reunite Hollywood’s action legends for an epic new adventure. This time, Jason Statham takes the lead, alongside Megan Fox in a sizzling and thrilling trailer highlight.

The Expendables 4 is set to release worldwide on September 22nd. While expectations are high for another box office success, considering the nine-year gap since the franchise’s last film, nothing is guaranteed. Will this resurrection prove meaningful, especially considering the mixed reception of Fast X? Is there still room for action cinema?”
