This means that in order to get the advice and solutions you need for your device, all you need to do is tweet @AppleSupport and just wait for an official, expert opinion – something they promise will only take a matter of minutes.

Not only is this new Twitter account up and running, Apple Support also promises to offer plenty of tutorials and hidden tricks for your iPhones, iPads, Macs, and various other devices.
This is great news for Apple fans around the world, as although it’s very easy to find tricks and solutions to your problems over the web, nothing beats a bit of solid, official advice from the manufacturers themselves. No one knows Apple like they do!
