We knew, for some time now, that Nintendo was building a museum to showcase its entire history, and that it would open this fall. Now, thanks to a live stream on their YouTube channel, we not only have the exact date, but also a comprehensive and extensive report on this spectacular museum.
With Shigeru Miyamoto as the master of ceremonies -no one better than him for this task- the creative explains little by little what the visitor to this museum will find. To begin with, a complete collection of the most important Nintendo games and consoles in its history, with pieces from different regions of the world.
The first floor is full of interactive experiences that cover some points in Nintendo’s history. For example, there is a room where we can hit table tennis balls launched by the classic marketed gadget. As for the second floor, Nintendo offers many giant controllers of its consoles, as well as stations to play its classic titles.
The Nintendo museum will open on October 2, 2024. To get tickets, it is necessary to enter a random draw where you will be given a specific date and time to access. You can check all the information from their website.
