Twitter app redesigned for iOS 7

iOS 7 features a dramatic redesign of Apple’s mobile operating system. With a new design language, app developers are scrambling to update their apps to fit Apple’s new look. Twitter is off to a great start by releasing updated versions of its iOS apps, which feature the flat design of iOS 7.

While the updated app is backwards compatible with iOS 5 and iOS 6, iOS 7 users will benefit the most with some feature updates. Twitter #Music users can discover music trending on Twtiter using the Twitter #Music station in iTunes Radio. Siri also searches Twitter now, providing search results that include tweets and topics and people. Safari also gains the ability to quickly share a link to Twitter.
