As has become tradition, Apple has announced its next activity challenge for Apple Watch users. This time, on the occasion of International Women’s Day with a challenge that takes place today, March 8. A good opportunity for Apple Watch users to show our support on International Women’s Day and also engage in physical activity and lead a healthy lifestyle at the same time. Or at least distract ourselves while we wait for the new Macs with M3 chips.
20 minutes of exercise on a designated day
As we already announced in its day, either by going for a run, taking a walk or through a session in Apple Fitness+, 20 minutes a day of exercise is a good idea. If, in addition, we receive a prize and several exclusive stickers that we can use in the Messages app, even better. This is how Apple announces the challenge:
“On March 8, show your support for women’s empowerment around the world. Do any workout for 20 minutes or more to win this prize. Track your time with the Entreno app or any app that adds workouts to Salud.”
As we said, when we complete the challenge, we will receive the corresponding emblem in the Training app of our iPhone or Apple Watch and also several themed stickers that we can use in the Messages and FaceTime app.

The vocation of the Apple Watch to accompany us to have a more dynamic and balanced lifestyle was clear from the moment of its launch. Concepts that we now have as integrated as the completion of activity rings are an excellent example of this. With specific challenges on specific days, Apple aims at the general public and to draw their attention to the benefits of activity, something that, in addition, is rewarded with a small detail. A detail that goes little beyond curiosity, but that goes in the right direction: to move more.
