This year’s Coachella Festival is being a box of surprises. Beyond serving as the place where influencers go to record TikToks, it is leaving great moments like Rosalía’s concert or Bad Bunny‘s show. In addition, yesterday there was a very pleasant surprise on the main stage of the festival.

While artist Labrinth was performing his concert, singer and actress Zendaya took the stage as a guest artist to perform two songs: I’m Tired and All of Us. The two songs are part of the soundtrack of Euphoria, an HBO Max series that Zendaya produces and stars in, so the timing couldn’t have been better.

A long awaited return

Labrinth’s concert also featured luxury guests Sia and Maddie Ziegler, but it was Zendaya who took all the ovations. And no wonder. The Dune actress hadn’t sung on stage for a whopping seven years, and it took this group to do it again.

Before being considered one of the most important actresses of the moment, Zendaya had already shown her talent in Disney Channel through the series Shake It Up, in which she also sang and danced. Thus, it was not a surprise for anyone to hear her beautiful voice, although it was a surprise to see her decision to return to the stage after such a long time.

This is how Zendaya has expressed, through her Instagram account, her gratitude for the great time she had at Coachella:

“I can’t express the gratitude I feel for this magical night. Thank you to my brother Labrinth, for inviting me and giving me a safe and beautiful space to get back on stage. And to the people who were there tonight… WOW… My heart is full and I can’t thank you enough for the love I received last night. My nerves went away instantly.
